All of our material is made to order for each project’s individual specifications then delivered to site. As part of the package, CIA Precast & Steel can also install and project-manage the build.
We map out an install sequence to ensure the whole construction goes together smoothly and efficiently. We co-ordinate the truck movements and as soon as they arrive on-site, our team gets to work and installation begins, reducing any down time.
As part of the complete package we also provide the finishing touches such as caulking and panel grouting. As a result of CIA offering the complete package from the detailing stage, installation becomes a much smoother process.
When every part of the process is done in-house, checks and balances are far easier to administer. We overlay models to make sure nothing clashes, saving time and money, and reducing risks.
